Biographical Sketch of Peter Frank Womack
Peter F Womack was born and raised within the Greater Cleveland Area. He is of multiethnic heritage which includes Scandinavian, African, Seminole, and European ancestry. It is through this experience of ‘multiness’ that Peter has worked towards the cohesion of peoples across traditional divides.
He attended Hampton University and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics in 1996 (Christian Era). During his collegiate years, Peter interned with Key Bank. Immediately proceeding college graduation, Peter began studies at the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and the Manchester Business School at the University of Manchester in Manchester, England. He graduated with a Master in Business Administration degree in 1997 (Christian Era). After graduation, Peter was selected as a Ralph J Bunche fellow by Amnesty International and began a human rights education programme within the Washington, DC public school system. Upon the completion of this fellowship, Peter began legal studies at the Georgetown University Law Centre as well as the University of the Western Cape in Cape Town, South Africa. Peter completed legal studies in 2001 (Christian Era) and graduated with a Juris Doctor degree in 2002 (Christian Era).
After graduating from law school, Peter made the decision to abstain from professionally practising the law of the United States. This decision is derived from a contention with the Three-Fifths Compromise that has remained within the text of the Constitution of the United States. The contention is that such a compromise has facilitated a dehumanising ideology that has precipitated barbarous acts of cruelty within the United States. And whilst the text of the comprise has remained within the Constitution, such an ideology has been implicitly condoned by the Constitution. For within a legal framework predicated upon precedent, the Three-Fifths Compromise has established a dismal example. The solution for this doctrinal dilemma, beyond any amendment, is the removal of the text from the Constitution.
Peter also refuses to acknowledge any legitimacy in student loans as a protest against the financial servitude associated with the attainment of higher education.
Coinciding with the decision against practising the profession of law within the United States, Peter began a non-profit organisation, Asona, with colleagues from the Law Centre. The objective of Asona is to provide consultation for, and encourage cooperation amongst, various non-government organisations within Washington, DC. Yet despite the benevolent intention of Asona, the non-governmental community was reluctant to scrutiny. Thus the efforts of Asona became less conspicuous and direct.
In that time, the all-inclusive approach that Peter provided effectively isolated him from falling within the ranks of any one section of the non-governmental community. This, in association with the decision to abstain from practising the profession of law, limited occupational options for Peter. He eventually began working for a collective of private interests in an effort to establish a governmental alternative to the Constitution of the United States. This involvement culminated into the formation of the Sovereign Nation of Afrea, in which Peter occupied the position of Minister of Foreign Affairs.
Since that time, Peter has been subjected to treatment as a political dissident and has been forcefully detained, by agents of the United States, on five separate occasions. Each of these detainments has been conducted without a crime having been committed, without a formal arrest, and without proper due process of law. Yet amidst these detainments, Peter has remained within the jurisdiction of the United States and has risked further detainment because of his love for his family and friends. Rather than obtaining political asylum within another nation, Peter has chosen to remain with his family and continue his efforts upon this land.
During the Winter of 2003-2004 (Christian Era), Peter completed his official assignment as Minister of Foreign Affairs for the Sovereign Nation of Afrea. Upon this completion, Peter enhanced his involvement with Asona through the emergence of the Asona Ashram. The realisation was made that the all-inclusive approach of Asona required an operational context beyond the political tendencies of the non-governmental community. It is for this reason that the Asona Ashram is offered as an institution of Faith. The premise of the Asona Ashram, and Universalism, is to establish a pragmatic means by which individuals from different cultural, ethnic, and religious backgrounds may acknowledge a mutual foundation within humanity and the Universe; and through this acknowledgement, establish a functional basis of understanding and cooperation that transcends the divisive tendencies between groups. Such understanding and cooperation may seem rather idealistic, yet through an example, people may be encouraged to envision the reality. And as the reality is envisioned, it is actualised. The objective is World and Universal Peace in a pragmatic sense.
Since the Winter of 2003-2004 (Christian Era), Peter has been working with the Asona Ashram to further the objective and establish appropriate facilities for the Asona Ashram. These efforts include the transcription of a unified Holy Text of the Rig Veda of Hinduism, the Torah of Judaism, the Tripitaka of Buddhism, the Gospel of Christianity, and the Koran of Islam. It may be considered that, more than simply a text, the Holy Scriptures are an experience. And as the Holy Scriptures are unified into one text, the life experience that is made in the process may serve as that pragmatic example that others may observe so that they may envision and actualise the objective of World and Universal Peace.
Peace belongs throughout the Universe.
Good thought, be long towards Nirvâna.
All Praise Belongs To God.

25.2.60 Update
Since conducting these studies, Peter has been relegated to effectual house arrest for his political dissidence. In addition, the Asona Ashram has relocated and is simply refered to as Asona to abstain from offending those of the Hindu Faith. The previous title of Imam has been removed to abstain from offending those of the Muslim Faith and to avoid a reliance upon any hierarchy or title as a means of facilitating the function and objective of Asona.
The InterFaith Settlement
There is a progressing initiative to establish an InterFaith Settlement where individuals and families from different religious traditions can live together in an immediate community and respectively worship in their own respective manner in respective houses of worship. The intention of this InterFaith Settlement is to progress the InterFaith Movement in an immediate and pragmatic manner. For more information on this InterFaith Settlement, you are welcome to read the listing within the Intentional Communities website, www.ic.org. To obtain more information on other similar initiatives, you are welcome to visit other websites such as the Kibbutz Movement, www.kibbutz.org.il, the city of Auroville, www.auroville.org, and the Global Ecovillage Network, http://gen.ecovillage.org.
A Universal Calendar
The effective calendar that is utilised within Asona is a Universal calendar. This Universal calendar is a solar calendar that corresponds with the respective lunar calendars of Judaism, Buddhism, and Islam, as well as the respective solar calendars of Hinduism and Christianity. This Universal calendar maintains twelve months with the first five odd-numbered months maintaining thirty-one days and all remaining months maintaining thirty days, with the exception of a leap year that occurs every four years, whereby the sixth odd-numbered month also maintains thirty-one days.
Rather than replacing any calendar, this Universal Calendar is intended as a means of facilitating cohesion amongst the different religious traditions of the World, and facilitating this cohesion in the very tangible and fundamental manner of keeping time. This is so that individuals and groups from a certain religious tradition may have an awareness of the timing of the religious observances within other religious traditions and more effectively coordinate benevolent, InterFaith initiatives. This Universal Calendar is also established upon the premise of the United Nations in that the initial year of this Universal calendar is indeed the year in which the United Nations was officially established. The first month of this Universal calendar coincides with the opening annual session of the General Assembly of the United Nations.

I am interested in the establishment of a World institution that directs the communication and influence of an InterFaith perspective and dialogue, in a concentrated and purposeful manner, within conventional institutions and counterconventional institutions to effectuate appropriate reform within, and progression of, convention and counterconvention to actualise the utopian objective of Peace and harmony throughout the World and Universe.
It is important to identify the priorities within this InterFaith/IntraFaith dialogue. From there, the process involves the proceeding:
1) Form a comprehensive, general agenda;
2) Identify the specific issues that we can most appropriately address from an inter-Faith/intra-Faith perspective; and
3) Implement that specific agenda through direct involvement with other organisations and public institutions.

My interest is in the leisurely and celebratory considerations of inter-Faith activity, particularly athletics, and developing the means in which these activities may be utilised to encourage others to become more amenable to the suggestion of inter-Faith cooperation and to become more tolerant of others from different groups. Celebration is an integral factor in the practice of a Faith.

Many of the previously described objectives are obtained. Peter Frank Womack continues to reside under effective house arrest within the international secretariat of this InterFaith Settlement; however, Peter Frank Womack also makes tangible progress towards residing within official location of this InterFaith Settlement at Salt Fork Park.
Peter Frank Womack maintains an increasingly reserved role within the functions of the Asona Group within this InterFaith Settlement. Peter Frank Womack is increasingly studied within the respective Holy Scriptures of Judaism, Hinduism, Buddhism, Christianity, and Islam, and facilitates the reading and recitation of these respectively Holy Scriptures during Shabbat and respective religious observance in adherence to the practice of Uni Dittoism and the respective religious practices of Judaism, Hinduism, Buddhism, Christianity, and Islam. In addition to the Torah, the Bhagavad Gita, the Digha Nikâya, the Dhammapada, the Gospels, and the Koran, Peter Frank Womack is study and becoming increasingly versed within the Talmud, the Neviim, the Ketuvim, the Rig Veda, the Upanishads, the Ramayana, the Saddhamma (Lotus Sutra), the additional volumes of the Digha Nikâya, the Abhidhamma, the additional books within the New Testament, and the Hadith. Much of the concentration of Peter Frank Womack’s Theological study and practice is being placed towards teaching and facilitating the learning of others.
